DOMESTIC ORDERS

Orders within the domestic United States ship via USPS:

  • First Class Mail for small packages (<1Lb): Single item orders of tops or smaller items like scrunchies. Typically arrives in 1-5 business days. It does not include insurance. Please contact us if you'd like to pay to add insurance to your order. 
  • Priority Mail for big packages (>1Lb): Single orders of bulkier items like overalls, dresses, and sets or multiple item orders. Typically arrives in 1-3 business days. It includes insurance up to $100. Please contact us if you'd like to pay to add insurance coverage for your total value order. 

Please note that we do not guarantee delivery dates.

All orders ship with a tracking number that can be used to follow the tracking history of the package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that offered by USPS.

Yuki.Buttons is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages in transit, and no refunds will be provided. Please double-check your billing and shipping address when placing an order, as we cannot reroute packages once they leave our studio.

Packages are rarely lost, but when they are, they often show up within a few business days! If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS; then contact us to let us know at hello@yukibuttons.com. We'll do our best to help you and get your order!

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer a variety of carrier and mailing options for you at checkout, with different prices and delivery dates. These prices and dates are calculated automatically by third-party services based on the destination address and the package weight. 

For your reference, if shipped via USPS Priority Mail International, the package will typically arrive within 6-10 days, including insurance up to $200. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
