RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you’d like to return or exchange.
  • Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
  • Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
  • The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
    Because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
    - Custom or personalized orders
    - Items on sale

How to return an item:  

  1. Fill out the form or contact us at hello@yukibuttons.com with your order number and items to be returned. 
  2. Ship items to the following address within 30 days of delivery:

  3. Once the package is received in our studio and returned items pass the quality check, we’ll issue a refund.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  

Whether you use the reusable shipping mailer to return the items or your mailer, please ensure it is properly sealed, and the items are protected.   

If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us, and we’ll issue a return shipping label. You may drop your package at any USPS location or schedule a free pick-up by visiting USPS.com.

 

How to exchange a garment: 

Follow the same steps as in the return process, and place a new order for the garment, size, color, and adjustments you want.  

International customers, please contact us at hello@yukibuttons.com to arrange an exchange. All international customers are responsible for their country's shipping, taxes, and duties levied. Yuki.Buttons is not responsible for any additional charges you may incur during shipping, receiving, and returning.
